This person will assist with development projects across our varied portfolio of clients by developing and sustaining major and minor web applications and solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain some valuable agency experience for relatively fresh developers / recently-graduated Computer Science majors in a setting that provides a strong structure of support.

• Assist with the management of technical projects throughout the development lifecycle and work alongside your teammates
• Assist with all aspects of development projects including scope, estimates, architecture, documentation, development, testing, releases, and enhancements
• Enjoy a mix of front and back-end development, working on and learning new technologies, including WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, GitHub, and more
• Interface with multiple departments and vendors to evaluate client project needs and develop new digital features and to diagnose and help correct performance issuesHelp develop, test, and deliver web sites, applications and components to ensure project completion
• Manage content on client sitesHelp the Technical Project Manager with debugging and troubleshooting code-related issues/defects
• Help develop and follow practices in development standards, design patterns, and testing standards
• Stay up to date on the latest web technologies and general technology advancements in web development and trends within various industries
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Team Management-Managing sustained motivated team.
