Annual achievement of verifying and causative milestones and working on actionable accordingly. Generation of pathways to achieve annual promise through various channels (digital, local, reference and Pro)
Ensuring TAT of design to execution is diligently followed and translation into regular collection and tracking of the same.
Increase penetration of AP Products and AP tie ups: Including Sleek, Bath, Furniture, Lighting etc. Ownership of Unit P&L: Gross margins at site level, AP Product penetration, control of manpower costs
Establish BHS as a preferred execution partner for Identified ID firms and Check and review adequacy of ID firms enrolled in BHS (alongside periodic reviews)
Ensure top service delivery to drive firm depth
Maintain high NPS score: analyze for regular improvements, address concerns, Team training and capability building to effectively engage with customers, execution and design related.
Driving customer satisfaction, actively seek feedbacks and suggestions and monitoring of the actions.
Detailed work schedule preparation to be monitored with execution team and conduct weekly reviews. Interaction with the channel (dealer, contractor, architects) for insights and feedback on regular improvement of BHS offerings.
