Duties and Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Zonal sales planning and review  Analyze and discuss the AOP targets assigned for the zones – Cascade AOP targets for SAL PL to the team (RM ASM) ensuring a fair distribution of targets break down the annual target to a Daily Run Rate (DDR); Review performance with team on a periodical business and provide course correction inputs

Track and monitor dispatch i.e. loan disbursement on the following day to ensure technical issues are efficiently resolved; Coordinate with IT team as needed
