Assistant Manager - Financial Services, you’ll strategize, communicate, negotiate, and drive design solutions for our products. You’ll collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users.
You’ll build products with a deep understanding of our users’ needs and transform them into usable designs by conducting frequent user testing. You'll verbally articulate your decisions and solutions through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and functional prototypes.
Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
Lead a team of designers to ensure product success while ensuring designers’ growth and development.
Conduct quick rounds of usability testing. Individually contribute to the design decisions and mentor senior and junior Designers for holistic growth
Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success
Collaborate with the research, product, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions
