The Strategic Initiatives Data and Operations Manager (SIDOM) supports the Office of Marketing, Enrollment, Advising, Communications, and the university overall by aligning projects with organizational priorities and strategies as directed by the Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing and Student Success. The SIDOM is responsible for building and coordinating internal stakeholder support in projects and systems.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Data Operations & Strategy, you will:- Brainstorm and bring ideas to life alongside an art director within the creative department.- Use client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns.- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for print, web, radio and TV advertisements.

erve as partner, advisor, and project support to faculty, staff, and student stakeholders, positioning functional areas at Naropa to focus on their unique roles as strategists, stewards, and leaders in the field and using the data to support operational excellence and efficiencies.
•Serve as a thought partner to the VP and Director of Strategic Initiatives on key initiatives, technology performance and solutions, and student journey improvement measures.
•Identify areas for enhancement for project- and systems-related training as well as opportunities to create new and further build upon existing training content.
•Develop, coordinate, and support technology solutions and enhancements through data findings to help drive functional areas across the university forward.
•Support management of third-party partners and ensure that follow-up is communicated to the team and executed in a timely manner.
