Manager Business Operations & Strategy Croma (Infiniti Retail) is looking to hire a young associate to join its digital merchandizing team - which handles the online sales & operations for Croma.

This is a rapidly expanding and agile team which is responsible for achieving online sales targets by closely monitoring market trends, understanding customer needs and interacting with other teams to deliver the best experience to the customers. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for generating relevant dashboards and reports, and ensure they are easily accessible by all.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

As a Copy Content Writer, you will:- Brainstorm and bring ideas to life alongside an art director within the creative department.- Use client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns.- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for print, web, radio and TV advertisements.

They will support the teams in decision making by generating actionable insights from internal and external data. They will also coordinate with Croma's strategy team, to ensure that ecommerce operations are in line with the overall business plans of Croma.
