Delivery Management , you’ll work directly with org leaders within the function and 3PL partners to improve the return experience.
The role requires significant strength in the following domains: problem-solving, data analysis & performance reporting, stakeholder management and cross-functional execution.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Product/Analyst role
- Ability to understand and analyse user needs
- Deep understanding of the competitive product landscape and trends
- Ability to validate and pitch new product ideas
- Ability to define features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL
- Hands-on experience with data
- 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups/consumer internet companies/management consulting/operations
- Strong data-driven mindset to solve problems
- SQL experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Expertise in multi-front stakeholder management
