As Field Marketing Executive, the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the center's activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organization.
To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the branch
- Complete Ownership of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer/Student Experience for the given center
- To ensure recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching, and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met
- To handle branch operations & provide support to all other departments with and related issues
- To handle students' and parents' issues and concerns and give solutions and retain them. Also, to be proactive to reach out to parents for continuous feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction & optimum results
- To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors
- To make proper utilization of reports and their effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution
