Problem management, capacity planning and analysis, performance analysis & Root Cause Analysis.

Drive automation within the team and influence others .

Use critical thinking and project management discipline, tools and techniques in the day to day to execution of responsibilities and in resource and workload planning.

Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines concurrently.

We are looking for efficient Individuals with good analytical skills and an understanding of the
excel who are willing to work in a dynamic process of Definition Creation.
Work with an enthusiastic team and complete the tasks assigned following the TAT and defined
Metrics.
Should troubleshoot and solve all work related problems quickly and efficiently.
Analyze the priorities received and work efficiently to get the same closed as per the TAT.

Must Have Skills:

Any Fresher/Experienced Candidate with basic Analytical and technical skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Aptitude to learn new technologies quickly, and then synthesize your learning to explain to
