• Manage website orders and update into internal dashboard
• Performing order conformations by contacting customers
• Handling queries from all channels Phone call, Email and Chat
• Be able to communicate clearly & effectively in English & Hindi in both written and verbal
• Assigning orders on shipping portal periodically
• Contacting courier partners for Pick up and delivery issues, escalating and solving them on priority
• Delivering daily insightful reports of orders
• Maintaining inventory of the products

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in working for e-commerce companies
• Expertise with computer operations, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet browsing
• Excellent and fluent English written and oral communication skills

Awareness of latest technologies and trends. Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions. One or two industry domain knowledge.
