Growth marketing team at Paytm performs these critical functions for our platform:
Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use cases
Enhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channels
Evangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. 1-3 years’ experience in analytics domain in analytics consulting and/or BFSI industry
2. Good at problem-solving with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
3. Driven and proactive in taking initiatives and showing ownership in execution
4. Excellent communication and presentation skill
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Working knowledge and understanding of metrics, dashboard, and visualization tools
2. Knowledge of statistics, data management tools such as python/R and SQL, big data, and visualization
