Key Responsibilities Areas:

• Define a comprehensive growth marketing plan and drive its execution
• Uncover new growth opportunities and optimize the efficiency of existing performance at scale
• Monitor key performance indicators, make data-driven recommendations and advocate for internal resources required to drive the continued member growth via their respective marketing channel(s)
• Grow user base and increase awareness of the brand in fun, creative and informative ways
• Work with a team of content writers, designers, developers and sales professionals
• Identify customer needs, key personas, market trends/competitive landscape and build differentiated content for web/app, community and social media properties

Skills & Experience :

• Excellent analytical and insighting skills with strong business acumen
• Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
• Able distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights and messaging and building narratives
• Able to build & test hypotheses for growth & drive initiatives at scale

Preferred Candidate:

• Must be an Engineering graduate (premier institute) with 3+ years of experience. Good to have an MBA degree from a premier institute with 1+ year of experience
• Should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and must be a hustler
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Comfortable working & driving multiple teams in tight deadlines
