Designation: Studio Incharge

Function: Studio Development, Maintenance and Management

Reporting to: Manager, Creative Content

Purpose: The Studio Incharge will be responsible for managing various studios and setups (Green Screen and YouTube Live) used for learning content video production. Additional responsibilities include studio equipment procurement and management, studio setup and maintenance, project management, team collaboration, peer to peer review, and following the vision and mission for video production in creative content.

Working Hours: Normally working Mon-Sat 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week with additional hours as required.

Responsibilities:

Manage green screen and YouTube Live studios for learning video products in association with shooting crew and video production team.  Install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot studio equipment used for recording and streaming videos. Executing through the video production pipeline using the shooting setup, essential  documentation and necessary reporting.

Creating a studio plan for different types of video production. Shoot scheduling, management and maintenance. Procurement, management and maintenance of production equipment. Managing recorded and streamed video assets packaging and delivery. Researching tools and trends and implementing best practices in studio setup and maintenance. Following a vision for the team and the product.
